Once a Brisbane flour mill & barracks for US pilots during World War 2, 111 Constance St. is now a popular night life destination in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.

Recently, Chandler&Co had the privilege of maintaining this iconic piece of Brisbane real estate.

Roof leaks caused by rusting box gutters and flashings were in desperate need of repair before water damage became too extensive. Scattered rain, soaring temperatures and limited access presented some challenges, but the Chandler&Co team completed the task.

Using the same designs and materials as the existing installation, the building was given some much-needed maintenance, without compromising the Heritage.
